I primi mesi dell’anno, oltre ad essere poco movimentati a livello di uscite, sono anche dei mesi in cui ci sono premiazioni per i titoli dell’anno passato. A breve ci saranno i BAFTA Game Awards 2020, che sono probabilmente i premi più ambiti in ambito videoludico insieme ai The Game Awards o ai DICE Awards.
La premiazione dei BAFTA Game Awards 2020, i premi Oscar all’inglese dedicati al mondo dei videogames, è fissata per il 2 Aprile prossimo, ma qualche ora fa è stata diramata dall’organizzazione la lista completa per categoria di tutte le nomination, lista che vi andremo a riproporre qui.

Come possiamo vedere, i due titoli che hanno ricevuto il maggior numero di nomination, non a sorpresa, sono Death Stranding e Control, due tra i giochi più apprezzati da pubblico e critica nel corso dell’anno appena terminato. L’unica sorpresa è forse rappresentata dalle tante nomination di Life Is Strange 2, e l’assenza del gioco di Hideo Kojima nella categoria “Gioco dell’anno“, dove è presente invece Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, ma soprattutto Untitled Goose Game, vincitore della categoria ai DICE Awards.
